The meeting was attended by more than 40 managers of different hotels.“The managements of the hotels are advised to engage ex-army personnel for security with firearms to retaliate in case of armed attack. Armed police will be provided on payment,” the CSW officials said. The managements were asked to install security gadgets like closed circuit cameras, door frame metal detectors, baggage scanners and also deployment of a full-fledged bomb disposal squad with sniffer dogs on their own. In case of emergencies, they were asked to create escape routes for evacuation, a public address system fitted in each room to alert the guests in case of emergency.
